Views: list, board, Gantt, calendar, whiteboard

Views show the same data in different ways. Pick the view from the selector at the top; the view and project stay in the page address, so every view is a link you can save or send to a colleague.

View When to use it
List / tree Structure, quick adding, hierarchy
Board (Kanban) One column per status: everyday work
Gantt Timing, linked tasks, phase progress
Calendar Dated work, milestones, weekends and holidays
Whiteboard A free canvas of cards you pin by hand
Forms The forms in your projects and how many requests are waiting

Pick a project in the left panel to limit the view to that project.

The right panel

A single panel: at the top the selected task card, below it the chat. One click selects, double click opens, in every view. The card always shows up-to-date data.

The task menu

Right-click (or ⋮) on any task: open, copy link, complete, change status or priority, assign, add subtask, rename, move, link, comment, delete. The menu offers only what you can actually do.

The whiteboard

It is a personal view: each person pins what they are following, arranges it as they like, colors it. Pinning does not change anything in the task; removing it from the whiteboard does not delete it. You can have several whiteboards.

Columns and filters

A project's list can show project fields as columns and filter by them; the choice is remembered per person and per project.
