Manage projects, plans and milestones as one set of tasks

Projects, tasks, milestones and approvals share a single model: the same work appears as a Kanban board, a Gantt timeline, a calendar or a list. Start on your own and add assignees, dependencies and approvals as the project grows.

  • Kanban, Gantt, calendar and list views over the same data
  • Dependencies, priorities, labels, attachments and recurrence
  • Milestones and approval gates that block downstream work

An agent that proposes, you approve

Kibo's agent drafts plans, reschedules work, balances workload and generates tasks, then presents them as proposals you accept or reject. An autonomy slider sets how far it can act on its own — drive it from the views or from chat, interchangeably.

  • Natural-language commands, e.g. “move the contact form a week later”
  • Proposed changes stay distinct until you confirm them
  • Adjustable autonomy, from suggestions only to automatic action

Memory that understands

Search the content, not just file names

Kibo indexes the content of your documents and conversations, builds a private memory and a visual map, and answers with semantic and AI search. Where other tools stop at the title, Kibo knows what a document actually contains.

  • Semantic and keyword search across documents and chats
  • A living map of people, projects and topics
  • Answers that cite the source document or conversation

Built-in storage — no network shares, no scattered files

Every file lives in Kibo's storage with per-user quota, hash-based deduplication and regional data residency. No more “which network share was it on? which folder did I save it in?”. You hand files to Kibo; Kibo indexes them and manages where they live.

  • Encryption at rest and data residency you choose — on-premise or cloud
  • Per-user quota with automatic file deduplication
  • Optional one-way publishing to your Google Calendar

Automations & jobs

Recurring work, automated

Schedule daily briefings, reminders and recurring jobs on Kibo's orchestrator. The agent protects focus time, rebalances workload and reschedules around conflicts, then delivers a summary to your inbox.

  • Daily briefings and smart reminders
  • Recurring jobs as multi-step automations
  • Focus protection and conflict-aware rescheduling

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Kibo on my own?
Yes. On your own you already get everything: projects, tasks, views, storage and AI. Team features — assignees, approvals, roles — are optional layers you add when you need them.
How is this different from Notion or other PM tools?
Kibo indexes the content of your documents and chats, not just their titles: search and the agent understand what's actually in your work and can act on it.
Do I need a Google account?
No. Calendar, tasks and documents are internal to Kibo. You can connect Google to publish a calendar one way, but Kibo remains the source of truth.
Which AI models does Kibo use?
Kibo uses leading models such as Claude and Gemini, and you choose the one that best fits each task. The agent asks before applying a change, unless you raise its autonomy.
Does it scale to a company?
Yes. Multiple organizations, configurable roles and permissions, per-document access and seat management are built in: the same workspace grows from one person to a whole company.
Is my data really mine?
Yes. On the cloud version your account data sits on Kibo's servers and your documents in cloud storage, with regional residency. With self-hosting (on the roadmap), files stay on your own infrastructure. Either way, you can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I self-host Kibo?
Self-hosting on your own infrastructure is on the roadmap, with files stored locally. Today Kibo is available as a managed cloud service with regional data residency.
How much does it cost?
Kibo is in a free, invite-only private beta. Pricing comes later — join the beta to be among the first to know.
